The Scoreboard is an object found in every map of Gorilla Tag. The Scoreboard allows you to mute/report people or view player names/colors.
Trivia[]
- Sometimes when the game cannot authenticate your account, the Scoreboard will display a bugged placeholder screen.
- 5 players would appear to be online. They are just dummies, and their names would all be set to "PLAYER NAME".
- If you aren't in a room, the board will say "NOT CURRENTLY CONNECTED TO ROOM". and while banned, it'll say "YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN BANNED. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PLAY UNTIL THE BAN EXPIRES. REASON: [reason]. HOURS LEFT: [hours left].". This only applies to the Scoreboard in the Forest map.
- When pressing the mute button of a player, they are unable to be heard when they speak. If a muted player leaves and rejoins the same room, their mute button will remain red and they will remain muted.
- When pressing the report button, three reasons for the report become visible, as shown below. And one option cancels the report.
- Cheating - Using cheats that annoy or hinder the game for other players.
- Toxicity - Being excessively rude to other players.
- Hate Speech - Using racial, sexual, or any kind of slurs towards other players.
- Cancel - Cancels the report.
- If the report button is pressed accidentally, cancelling the request is a possible option.
