Forest is the first map in Gorilla Tag. Forest is accompanied by the Stump, which connects to the Cave, Canyon, Attic, and City maps. A Tunnel is located on the right side of the map which leads to the Beach map.
Description[]
- Located in the middle of the map is the Pavilion, which has the Scoreboard used for the map.
- Above the cliff-side of the map is an excavated area which the Tutorial map is located in.
- Other locations for the Forest map include:
- A pair of walls on the left side of the map, which players can traverse between.
- A red tree-house near the back of the map, with a slanted stepladder players can use to go into the structure.
- A set of flat wooden platforms located around the map, several being attached by ramps, two being connected by a bridge, and each being planted onto an individual tree.
- A campfire surrounded by several rocks on the right side of the map, the fire seems to be powered by a separate structure located just underneath it, and during periods of night the campfire will be lit.
- A sound post holding up two speakers on the left side of the map, the speakers will occasionally play music and during disasters such as the Volcano erupting, it will play a warning noise.
- A Beetle flies around the map, bouncing off surfaces and can be picked up by players and thrown.
Trivia[]

- You can escape the map by wall jumping, wall running, and wall climbing, but it is very hard to do.
